OUR STEM PROGRAMME

Snow

Overview

Our STEM Programme creates a project-based learning environment and shows students how the scientific method can be applied to everyday life. It teaches students computational thinking and focuses on the real-world applications of problem solving.

Our teaching adopts a dynamic classroom approach in which students actively explore real-world problems and challenges and acquire a deep knowledge.

HOW DOES OUR STEM WORKSHOP WORK?

Each project-based STEM workshop introduces students to a new scientific concept or idea in a simplified and an age-adjusted way each week.

The starting point of each workshop is an exciting overview and presentation by the teacher incorporating group discussions of the scientific subject and practical demonstrations using props and respective materials.

The second part of the workshop is dedicated to practical work where students have the opportunity to explore the topic of the day by performing hands-on experiments and applying their newly learnt knowledge.
